I had my eyelashes lifted and tinted with Kacie and I loved it! My lashes look amazing and Kacie was so lovely - she talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. The salon was clean and quiet, and I will definitely come back soon! ☺️
Fantastic service, and amazing results. I chose Ally based on other reviews, and was not disappointed. She took the time to sit down with me and go through colour options, looked at the reference pictures I had, and discussed what would look best with my skin tone. She put so much effort in and was just as excited as I was to see the final results. And boy they didn't disappoint! I love my hair - it's so healthy and vibrant, and she took me from a blonde to a auburn/copper in one sitting. Thanks so much Ally, I'm so thrilled!!!

Had a hybrid set of lashes done by Gemma, she was fantastic, I gave her a vague description of what I was after, and she gave me a gorgeous set, I said cat eye with a little wide eyed baby doll, (how do you figure that out?!) And she absolutely nailed it! Felt super comfortable, relaxed and welcome, going for my refill today, absolutely recommend!
**update** Gemma is also excellent with waxing! She was so kind to fit me in to her schedule at the last minute for a waxing appointment, super gentle, thorough and quick!
Ally is amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted & took me from dark brown to a beautiful copper in one sitting. Incredible work & a lovely gal. I’ve never left a salon loving my hair so much! Thank you thank you thank you, Ally ✨❣️
I had a bad experience with jools a few years ago but they have made a turn around and all the staff here now are lovely. Ella did my hair and she took a lot of time and effort into achieving the results I wanted, I was very happy and will be returning in the future. Thanks Ella for my beautiful blonde hair!
